Turbocalculator Ripped Me Offcivicguy167 04-01-2005, 06:17 PM Alright this all started December 13, I placed an order for a T3 60 trim 60 a/r Garrett Remanufactured turbo I payed them $479 paypal. 1 month passes I give them a polite email wondering how much longer it will be thier response is: "I'm sorry, the holidays have us backed up with many orders coming in and reduced hours. We will be processing your order shortly. I'm sorry for the delay. " So I'm fine with this and understand there problem. Another month passes still no turbo, so i send them another email and they say: "Again, I apologize for the delay. We still do not have your turbo in stock. We have a couple of T3's with 0.48 A/R housings. If this will work for you, we'll ship you one immediately. Please let me know as soon as possible." So i politly tell them i would like the turbo i ordered. And i havent heard from them since. I give them emails all the time asking for my turbo or my money back and they just ignore me. So here i am out $479 and a turbo! If anyone knows anyone from there company and can help me out here let me know. 4 months and no turbo!! ANYONE FROM NORTH CAROLINA? THEY HAVE AN ADDRESS. EMAIL ME AT jonpulliam@gmail.com IF YOU CAN HELP!! ---Jon SiGNAL748 04-01-2005, 06:19 PM You could've filed a claim with Paypal. But their filing period is only 45 days from date of transaction, so it seems you're out of luck. Perhaps they have a profile with the Better Business Bureau? chisp3 04-03-2005, 05:26 PM Go to www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp and file a complaint or www.consumer.gov/idtheft/ .
