few q's

i have a 96 tahoe 4wd 4 door

1) my front silver plastic part of my tahoe cracked and was wondering what anyone recommends as a replacement and about how much itll cost, it cracked right under the headlight and orange lights

2) what do you guys use to remove minor dings from doors and what not

3) my AC is working in my car, but only the floor, i tried changing it to head and foot, but only comes out of the bottom, and the max AC and recirculate button don't illuminate when i push and turn them on, any ideas, dad says i might have jiggled tube loose when i installed headunit but doesnt answer the reason the lights dont come on when the button's are pushed in, whats weird about it is, that the rear defrost button illuminates
