i drive a 92 Eagle Talon ESi (non turbo) 5 SP with a Megan racing muffler with custom piping ( nice deep sound) Anyways I had this neon kept pacing me and pacing me I thought ok sure. First time is from a stop and I quickly pull on him, Second time is from a 50 MPH roll I easilt took him I actually thought that he wasnt trying. Me and my Bro ended up talking to the guy. It was a 2004 Dodge Neon. stock and he assured me he was actually trying on the highway. Kinda funny I know it is just two slow cars racing. lol.

*SECOND KILL*

I dont want t ohave a reputation here that I think I am fast. I simply enjoy racing my slow POS. ( a 2.0 NT 1Gb 5 spd) yeah I need to add that to my sig. Well here is the story.

I was driving around last night jsut messing around thinking things out in my head, then I saw him That ugly Red Eclipse with the black flames painted on and the HUGE spoiler and red neons under his car. he was getting on the highway off of 23rd St. I immdediately whipped in behind him and got up next to him. There was NO other traffic anywhere.
First run was from around 50MPH I honked three and we went I pulled a car length and then stated braking at around 85-90I was like huh thats wured .

Second and third run was around 70MPh where again I pulled the same amount on him and alittle more! I was like wow this guys really acnt drive. WE exited to buffalo stadium road, I asked him where he was going and he said to the walmart to see if his friend was off work yet. I said "ok, wanna race on the access road?" He said "naah" I taunted "yea, you got owned!" He then got alittle upset at my comment got a jump on me and took a turn I followed behind ,we are now on the access, road me behind I quickly came up his REALLY CRAPPY Sounding APC (yes APC) muffler and flew past at around 90Mph. HE WAS STILL TRYING THIS WAS NOT A FLY-BY.

I thought it was great since we had the same cars and I had talked to him before and he bragged on how much faster his car is than stock, blah blah blah.

He has spent probably at least $3000 extra + the price of the car in that thing. It is a 5 spd. yet the way he drove you would think it was an auto.Well I hope this little Slo-boy ricer adventure entertained you a bit. have a good day.

Yeah, too bad that $3,000 went completely to cosmetic mods. :disappoin

I can think of a shitload of ways I could spend $3,000 on my project car!

Nice kills man! We don't care if your car is slow, my daily driver is slow but I still race it. :icon16:

Slow cars are the safest ones to race, cause if you crash, you're not going fast enough to hurt anyone :P

And usually they are cheap enough to not hurt your wallet too much.

nothin wrong with racing slow cars. Not everyone can get their kicks with 300+hp. As for Slow cars being slower I beg to differ
1. More competition
2. Longer races with the competition because it takes a while for their to be a definative winner
3. Can't get away from the cops :grinno:

Nice kills man...The other good thing about slow cars is nobody expects to race you and you basically race whenever you feel like it...When I was driving the protege nobody ever thought to race until i started goofing around...As soon as I got an rsx everybody wanted to race me everywhere, and there were times I didn't wanna race but had to keep my pride when a POS was reving beside me

actually ive noticed something about slow cheap cars. They are cheaper to make fast, than an already fast car. Like a buddy of mine has an 04 Vette. Its ridiculous how expensive event he smallest aftermarket part for it is. I mean the money he spends to put a stupid little badge between his exhaust pipes could get me an entire exhaust sytem.

Yeah, but its still faster. Nice kills, always fun putting the really slow ones in there place.

yup definitely faster...cuz once a car is that fast, it costs the same amount to get that extra bit over the top
