Programming a new FOB is just possible with a DRBIII tool and thats why you need to go to a Chrysler dealer. Its a fast and unexpensive procedure.

If you have problems with you original fob maybe you just need to sync the fob with the car. On you fob press the unlock button and the button with the car symbol for at least 5 seconds (together). Then wait until the doors will unlock (this procerure can take up to 6 minutes).
After the doors unlock the sync car<>fob is completed.
