It seems to be coming from the passenger side rear...i think towards the seat or trunk area passenger side mirror...seems to creak when I hit more bumps or turn.

anyone else have this...can't figure out where it is coming from.

I work for a local toyota dealer in the dfw area and just purchased a 05 SE V8 this week. There are several noises which I have fixed on these the easiest one is a rattle/creak from the striker on the pasenger rear seat. I simply take a small strand of felt and wrap it aound the striker and the rattle will go away. There are also some body noises which come from the outside of the vehicle these are caused by the rubber mounts that sit on the frame rail. Some I have found to be slightly loose others I have added thick paste of silicone inside and cures the body creaks.
