I have a 1995 Intrepid and the fans run all the time. I have replaced the pcm, the heat sensor, fan module and there is no short in the relays. Anybody got any ideas, I have tried everything I can think of. CONFUSED!!

Sorry to dissappoint you, but I had the same problem and we replaced the water pump. That was a MAJOR p.i.t.b! since you have to pull out the radiator to do it...good luck...
It took us about an after noon and a rack of beers!

Not sure if you have read replies in the other thread you had entered, but ..Just to be sure nothing simple was left unaccounted for: what position is the heater on? YOu must know that even if the A/C is not voluntarily engaged, it will kick in anyway when you use the DEF position or the mix DEF/HEAT position, and both cooling fans turn on as soon as the A/C turns on...it just happens that some are not aware of that.
