Hello people, could someone please recommend a car that is really easy to draw. I am only a beginner at drawing cars and im not very good. Can you also supply a picture please. Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to forum. Well, I can advice you to choose a car without reflections on the body and with simple rims.

VW Jetta, Ferrari F40, new Cadillacs, 80s american sedans, KITT...

try to find a car that is boxy. And like said chose one with easy rims. Those BBS y-Spoke rims can get you crasy... :screwy:

No, seriously, try an old chevelle. They're pretty boxy and don't have excessive amounts of detail:

caddy escalade --one of the easiest (and ugliest) vehicles i've ever drawn on the spot for a client. it is so basic and nothing but a bunch of squares with occasional arcs. and it is fun to draw it because it is a rolling parody of itself.

try doing what i do and fill a paper with ideas for headlights, rims, body etc. then invent ur own easy to draw car, do it again but change parts around until u like it and then do it again and again,

The R34 is quite difficult to draw!! A good trial will be the caddi escalade or hummer H1 or H2. and I'll add Dodge Magnum

Yeah lol but when he draws these ugly cars he'll probably loose the delight to draw cars.

The angles on the r34 can be pretty difficult at times. And hey, It might be boxy, but its still fast as hell.

camaros are easy to draw, really the only car i have attempted, considering i own one. but the 3rd gens (82-92) are relatively boxy, easier for me to draw.. imo.

* im kindof new to this area, kustmace's artwork got me hooked, you guys will probably see me here from time to time. but im no artist by any means..

how about a 300C? they're pretty straight forward and boxy.

Check out this mustang, I think its relatively easy to draw, straight line, its in a good angle, it doesn't have too much perspective...

In my opinion, don't start to draw a car with slanting front, like Porsche, Rx7,....sometines it sucks when you don't get the slanting angle

You know, its a good encouragement for a beginner, but as Ran said its now useless saying such things when someone is dead. The only thing you can expect is to hear a reply from other persons except the owner. Hope it will help others who begin car drawing!! :p
