2 Guys On Trucks!silveradoking 03-27-2005, 12:07 AM I love the show trucks on speed and spike tv but I was wondering, how come those guys can totally remove and install transmissions and other stuff on a vehicle and still remain spotlesslely clean at the end of the show? When I so much as change a wiper blade I get filthy dirty. BlenderWizard 03-27-2005, 12:33 AM "What manner of faggotry is this?" Seriously, I dunno how they stay so clean, but they do spread a lot of useful information. jethro_3 03-27-2005, 09:25 AM I bet you also can't get your truck to run after a repair even if you followed the directions to the letter until you gave your alotment of sacrificial blood....Is that true? :owned: nineball481 03-27-2005, 09:49 AM Through the magic of tv. You don't actually think they tear down and rebuild a truck in a half hour , do you? I've seen Stacy and the other guy get dirty working on the show, but not that often. gremlin96 03-27-2005, 02:38 PM you can ask the clean question at there website. a few things that realy help them are on the cutting room floor. that and a steam cleaner and a good wordrob dept. I am not realy shure on how much real work thay do on the show. I am shure thay do have a few mechs on there staff to help. one part i do like about the show. thay will tell you "hay you think this worked the first time, well we had to refit and redo it a few times to get it right. at least thay will tell evey one working on the truck was realy edited to get rid of some of the hard work and you may be fidleing with it for a few days to get it just right. TexasF355F1 03-27-2005, 09:24 PM Actually there's only 1 guy.....now, and that's Stacy. silvyman 10-07-2005, 12:45 AM I think that the host knows how to do everything, which that is why they are the host, but I think they actually have a crew behind the scenes that do it all for them. Also, you know they dont film the entire show live. Im sure they are filmed over a long period and then dut to air on tv and then you see them all squeky clean vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
