Lately this forum has been having some difficulties with its contests. I think that it is because of due dates set way too far in the future, so I have a solution. This contest will have it deadline in one week. Maybe if it goes well and we have good participation, we can turn it into a weekly thing.

So here are the rules:

Subject: A new concept car, designed by you.

Specifics: Any make, any style, as long as its new.

Rules:
-Don't rip anything off. You will be D/Qed.
-One submission per person.
-Your concept can be for an existing company or a new company you create.
-Your concept needs to be a production model. Meaning no major bling, no lowriders, no massive off-road machines.
-Your concept must be accompanied a logo for both the vehicle and the company.
-Entries must be PMed to me no later than midnight your time, March 28th.
-Size requirements for entry: The largest dimension can be no larger than 600 pixels. Feel free to include a larger version if necessary, but I have to have the smaller version as well.

Mediums: All mediums except computer aided. This includes pencil, pen, paint, marker, pastel, chalk, crayon, etc. No Photoshop, PSP, or MS Paint. This included touchups. Your finished product must be in no way edited in any digital program.

Judging: The judging will be setup as a poll on the day following the deadline. Voting will be based on overall quality and creativity.

In-Progress Threads: I would strongly advise against creating them and posting your work before the deadline. It will only give away what the cometition look like.

Prize:I can't put anything tangible up by myself. So unless anyone wants to put up a proze, the winner of this contest gets to decide what the subject of the next contest will be. I will contact the winner to do so.

Feel free to post any questions I did not cover.

The guy who was running thalst contest kind of disapperaed, very few pieces were actually entered, and the whole thing feel apart.

does it have to be 'new'? theres a concept that i posted here like a month or 2 ago. see, because of uni work i've not had chance to do a new concept, and nor will i as im now revising quite hard and busy with other things.

I guess I won't be entering this one after all :( I finished the drawing, scanned it, but now I see I can't add a logo with photoshop, and I am not allowed to join if it doesn't have a logo. Is there a way to get over this? Could I put a logo with a computer program?
