What are symptoms of intake leak or problem

I have a 98 GT with a miss on cylinder 2. Replaced wires, plugs, modules, injector and plenum. Everything points to a vacuum leak but I can't be sure. To check for vacuum leak spray carb cleaner around suspect areas while car is idling. when you spray the leak the idle will change dramatically.
