Aftermarket CD deck for '05 Legacy?GrimBeaver 03-12-2005, 08:51 PM Anyone know if this is possible? The whole centre console is molded together so i'm not sure how it would work... is there some aftermarket panel that will replace the stock one or something? legaSeedless 03-13-2005, 02:19 PM I have discussed this with a few people, and i do not believe that there is any company that makes an aftermarket setup for the radio and A/C controls since they are attached. The new Honda Accords had the same problem when they came out, and it took about a year for anyone to come out with a kit to help install an aftermarket radio. I guess we'll just have to wait it out,(it's not like the stock setup sounds bad) or maybe install the factory powered subwoofer under the driver seat. GrimBeaver 03-13-2005, 09:05 PM No, its not that there's anything wrong with it. Just that i want to be able to play MP3 CD's in my car... boomshnka 04-03-2005, 01:17 AM No, its not that there's anything wrong with it. Just that i want to be able to play MP3 CD's in my car... Just purchased an '05 Legacy GT Limited today and am already looking for ways to connect a standalone MP3 player into the back of the stereo. Does anybody know if there is an aux input that could be utilized?
