First off I love my Jeep. Loved ever since the day I got it, but lately it seems to be having some issues. I was hoping that may be you folks here might have some insight.

About a month ago I took it in because it seemed like the transmission was slipping between 2nd and 3rd. I did a little research and thought the bands might need to be adjusted. Took it to three shops and they all said the same thing. They never heard of bands being adjusted on late model vehicles. Hmmmm! So I took it to the dealership and they drove it around and of course found nothing wrong but for an extra $10 they would drop the pan to check it out.

Well they dropped the pan and found pieces of the clutch and metal shavings. So thankfully I bought the extended warranty and had this repaired. Well the shifting problem didn't get fixed.

Now I have the shifting problem and last weekend the Part Time 4x4 light on the dash kept flashing on and off and the gear shift doesn't go into to park as easy. I have a P0837 code as well. In addition to all that when I accelerate from a stop I now have a rattle which sounds like it is coming from just below the power outlet area.

And to top that all off the engine now seems to idle pretty rough at stops. It will sit at about 650 RPMs and then drop down to say 500 for about a second and then back up.

Any suggestions on what I can do to? Appreciate any and all assistance.
