if u have no idea what im talking about these lights are hologen lights than can be used with out having to by a hologen conversion kit!! they fit in the stock headlight slots

HIB, do you mean HID? the 20 dollar bulbs or the $300+ kit?

no HID and HIB are two different things. the hid bulds go in the 300 conversion kit. the hib bulbs simply replace the regular head light bulbs

I've been looking for some bulbs that will give me that blue tint and blindingly bright white...
I bought some bulbs from the company "Cool Blue"
They're not cool, or blue... I was dissapointed as I could have gotten the same performance for half the price,
Anyone know of a good brand, or where to purchase?

I have the Sylvania silverstars and those are pretty good.
