Does anyone know where I could get those "rim caps" (unsure of the correct term) that the police cars have on their wheels (impalas, luminas, ect.). With the chevy bowtie in the center. Is it possible to pick up from a junkyard or should I look on e-bay?

I think their called lugnut covers, they are black with the chevy bowtie in the middle. Commonly seen on police cars.

The hubcaps (full-wheel coverage) are just caprice issue ones.

The more common center caps, lugnut covers, etc. actually screw into the wheel itself, meaning if you scored four covers you'd need to drill out some holes in the steel wheel and source out some screws to take care of it.

Where can you get either one? eBay. Tons of people sell them.

ok you need to make sure what size wheel you have, do you have the police model lumina? If not do you have a drill, jack, and lug wrench? I'll tell you how to install the center caps just write back, if i dont repost in this forum pm me. Here's a pic of the wheel on my impala is this what your looking to do? (Sorry pic is pretty big i think)
