I'm looking at getting a used grand cherokee to replace my 1997 limited. I want to stay away from the 99 and 00 due to the new model glitches. Are they any major problems that any of you are aware of with the 03 or 04 models? Would you recommend the 4.0 I6 or 4.7 V8, as far as reliability goes? What else should I be aware of? Thanks for any info.

it`s 99, but I don`t think this is the real problem :)
btw, the engine (4.7 V8 PT) is untouched - not even a single trouble - isn`t that amazing :)
