Does anybody know where I can get a door lock module for my 92 Estate? The dealership wants $250 and that's a little steep.
thanks

Duncan, when I needed an operator for the driver's door on my 92 roadmaster sedan it was not in stock at the local buick dealer. The parts man said it was the same as the 92 Chevrolet Caprice. The Chev. dealer didn't have one in stock and it was ordered from a warehouse and arrived the next day at a cost of around $53.00. I imagine the rest of you quoted price is labor, as high as it is today. I installed my own parts and can advise you to order six of the plastic inner door panel fasteners along with the operator. Also the aluminum pop rivets didn't come with the operator so I used two machine screws and nuts to attach the new part. Cheers, hypel.

Duncan, sorry for the misunderstanding. The part I now understand you to mention sounds like it would be easily removed from a salvage vehicle in a scrap yard. That is where I got a rear axle assembly for my Roadmaster when it required replacement. hypel.
