it would be nice to adjust adjustable shocks with a switch inside the car. the mkIII supras had this. has anyone thought of taking the motor and switches from a supra and fitting them to their car just like in the supras. during my trips to the junk yard i've seen LOTs of supras with these. just a little motor that sits on top of the shock/strut mount. doesnt seem like it'd be that hard. when i get adjustable shocks i'm going to do this.

my sister has those on her Mx6. it's pointless putting it on honda, because it will make your heavy and drag even more than you already have to deal with the torqueless civic.

I think it's one of those cases of 'good idea, bad design'. It's a neat thought, and will certainly get you some creativity points (in my book anyway) on a civic, but i think he's right - it's not worth the weight. Besides, how often to do need to change the dampening of your ride? Much less mid drive...

Just out of curiousity, how does such a mechanism work? I've never seen one before =)
