Drivers door out of line.

I just had the door pins and bushings replaced on my 97 4-door blazer and the drivers door when shut, looks like it is about a 1/4 of an inch from being closed. I have also just noticed a high pitched clicking noise when opening and closing my drivers door. The welds around the uper hinge look like it is gapping just a little and I am wondering if that is were the sound is coming from and could that also cause the door to be off the 1/4 inch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you are using the correct bushings and pins (everything should be tight) then you have a bent hinge... For something like that I would reccomend you bring it to an autobody shop and get them to fix it (lots of hammering and welding)..
