Kanibal 03-07-2005, 03:42 AM These designs are really good. poportion is somthing that takes a long time to master. just keep working on it and it will evetually become natural. try to work on rendering more. dont be afraid to lay on the color. it'll keep the paint from looking flat. venom_design 03-07-2005, 04:26 AM thanks for the comments!! I did draw a long time from the angle like the first one (BMW look a like:-p) the second and the thurd were my first attempt to draw from another angle. And i gonna try more with rendering...I gonna try to add a 'background' mirrored into the car. and a background behind the car. Greetz Venom knightvision 03-07-2005, 01:04 PM Great sketches. I love the coloring of the second, the proportions of the first and the headlights of the fourth! Improve your perspective and your drawings will become perfect! asaenz 03-07-2005, 06:43 PM Wow! those are tight. My fav. is the bmw. You got some design skills no doubt. Welcome to the forum al stuffbyalex 03-07-2005, 06:56 PM Welcome to the forum. You've got some really cool design ideas and imagination. I like the extreme look of the BMW concept thing. Just one thing: watch out for wheel camber on the last two. Great work Alex JeriC 03-08-2005, 06:05 AM Those sketches are GREAT!!!! I wish I had the time to sit down and rediscover my sketching skills. Your renderings are inspiring! JeriC 03-08-2005, 06:07 AM kewl!!!! I got stars under my name now! Am I on my way to not being a 'newbie'? Lamboholic 03-09-2005, 04:17 PM Very good, my advice would be to try to be more free in a sketsh. The detail isn't important, but try to loosen up and make your car frame quickly. You'll get better when practicing (a lot). I used to be drawing very tight like you're drawing now. You can move on whith designing by starting to speed up your pencel lines and forget about the perfect line quality. Use soft pencils, but keep them razor sharp and you'll see. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
