Blazer Cladding?

can one of you post a photo of a Blazer with Cladding, and one without? I'm trying to purchase running boards, and can't tell if MINE has it or not. Thanks

Do a google search for blazer cladding there are plenty of pictures out there...... :uhoh:

We really don't have cladding... Bravada's have cladding, we have 2" molding running around the body...

thats what I thought, but the running boards I was looking at were for Blazers WITH cladding. Thats why I don't know what to think

I don't reccomend running boards anyway... After a couple of years of dirt and debri getting in between the board and the rocker panel, they end up rusting. Every single solitary truck I've seen has this problem with running boards...Even the oem ones on my wife's sahara I have to pull and check to make sure nothing is messing it up. Get nerf bars instead...They look better anyway.

nah, not into the truck look with nerf bars. wouldnt have bought a 4 door if I wanted a truck

Working out well... Last 2 things to do is to throw the 5.7 vortec in my garage in when it warms up, and the 5" trailmaster I want to add... Then hopefully I will be done for a while...:D

did they actually make Blazer S-10s with cladding then? I'm wondering if the guy selling the stuff doesnt know what he's talking about

No, only bravada's came with cladding...

Look at this pic...Going down the doors you can see it has cladding...It's held on by 2 screws and a shitload of 3m body tape..

I just spoke with them. They ARE for vehicles with cladding. They make a set for vehicles without as well. The Blazer didnt come with cladding....therefore, the p/n I gave wouldnt fit our vehicles.
