You do know there are two separate pumps right?

Test for power and ground at the rear washer pump when the button is pressed. The rear washer pump is the upper one in the bottle.

Since you've replaced the motor (top one not the bottom one on the tank right?) I would be looking at the switch....

I thought mine didn't work at first, but it turns out I needed to have the switch slid up to where the wipers were already on before the washer would activate... I was expecting the wipers + washer to come on just by pushing the washer button.

He means to activate the washer you have to press and hold the rear wiper switch all the way to the left to activate the pump... That said, the switch is easy to replace. Simply unplug it, push it out from the back and slip the new one in, then reattach the plug..

On my Blazer, the rear wiper switch is a sliding switch with a button in the middle, located on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. To activate the washer on mine, I thought I just had to push the button and then washer fluid would spray and the wipers would come for a few swipes, but it turns out I have to slide the switch up to the ON position first and then push the button before any washer fluid sprays out. Then I have to slide the switch back off to stop the wipers.
