99 Ram Van Keyless Entry Programming

Can someone give me the programming instructions for adding a new Keyless entry fob. I am replacing one that was lost. Thanks.

try calling the dealer is this an aftermarket keyless entry system or just like a remote from dodge? but id try calling the dealler if its a remote from dodge or try google scearchin it
