I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX 4 door..2.2 L Vtech.

I would like to know if an online owners manual is available. Or does anyone know where i can get one??

Also does anyone know where i can get a cheap rear upper control arm for the car??

Last thing does anyone know why my check engine light comes on....after i warm the car up in the mornings and take off the light comes on. when i turn the car off and back on it goes away for the rest of the day......weird!

Any ideas on my 3 questions??

Thanks in advance.....

Junk yard for a upper control arm.

Owners manual or maintenance manual? Owners manual, have you tried the dealer. I am sure you might be able to get a xerox copy from some existing owner here on this forum or if you see someone with your model car in your town, ask if they will let you copy it.

Check engine lights that come and go are still stored on the ECU. You need to read the stored code to find what caused it to come on in the first place.

what information are you looking for? the manual has some information but i dont think it will help you solve your problems. the uppercontrol arm get at the dealer or at an auto parts store.these parts should never be brought in a junkyard.they will sell them, but it is not worth it. trust me. the check enginr light needs to be check by someone with a scan tool. they can scan your car for sensor problems which cause your check engine light to come on.how many miles are on the car. it is possible you need to replace your o2 sensor. but the scanner will tell you all this. there are even some auto parts that scan your car free.if not it usually cost about 50 dollars.

Yes. Autozone will read your code for you. At least they're good for something.

The Accord has that wishbone control arm with a ball joint in it, right? I wouldn't get one used. By the time you split that non-servicable joint, it'd probably be no good.

Isn't there a way to read the code binary on those? I don't know how to do it on a Honda.

Yeah there's only about a couple of thousand threads about it!

Actually, it's decimal not binary, and it involves being able to tell a short flash from a long one (sorry - we're getting a shade pronographic here). Go the Autozone route if possible - no guesswork.
