Stalling 99 Venture

Here's my situation with my 99 venture with 107,000 miles. A few months ago I noticed that sometimes when I would accelerated the van would hesitate to the point of almost stalling, I would take my foot off the gas, let it coast for a few seconds and it would drive ok for rest of the day. As time went on the hesitation finally turned into stalling. Some days the van will run just fine and other days I can't keep it running. I did have the injectors flush and cleaned, but it hasn't help. I've heard the fuel pump might be going or the cat converter could be going bad. I did take it to a mechanic awhile ago, but it was on a day the van decided to run just fine, just my luck. Could someone point me in a direction. I really don't want spend alot money with mechanic's if I don't have to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.

I'd recommend you change the fuel filter if you haven't already. Mileage is about right for a filter change, and what you describe point to decreasing fuel delivery.
