I think this is around the year they started putting thim in the fuel tank - not sure.

In the older caravans (85-95), the fuel filter is located in the gas line on the frame by the gas tank (near rear wheels). I am not sure if the location changed when it was redesigned (96+).

Called a mechanic and he said that it is in the gas tank.
Thanx for the info, guys ... I won't be changing that myself.

The fuel filter is located next to the fuel tank almost on top of it. It is pretty easy to change. You have to get a fuel filter for the right wheelbase. If you say you have a Grand voyager then you need a filter for an extended wheelbase. It comes with pieces of fuel lines attached to it which makes the difference in the wheelbase (longer lines for longer wheelbase).

You might have to loosen one of the gas tank straps to get the front line to come out. No special tools are needed.
