Expensive though Problem with running boards is all the debri that gets caught between the board and the rocker panels. The paint ends up scratching and then the rust starts..You're better off with a set of nerf bars. The paint ends up scratching and then the rust starts..You're better off with a set of nerf bars. No debris here. They protect the sides perfectly and stop a lot of the salt and sand from hitting under the door. I also have molded mudflaps installed. With running boards, I like how they hide the fram which does show signs of surface rust even if you undercoat the chassis constantly. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
