My 96 caravan has been leaking oil for sometimes and now I also see coolant leaking. The other day, engine got heat up and I found there was not coolant in the reservoir/radiatior. After filling it up again with coolant it was OK. I also see brown milky solution in the coolant when I open the radiator cap. After reading through lot of material it sounds like I have a head gasket problem. Any help will be appreciated!!!!

You have classic symptoms of a blown head gasket.

In the early nineties, Chysler changed the head gasket to a less reliable teflon coated design. They don't seem to hold up as much as the older ones.

Warning: If the water leaks into a cylinder while your driving, the piston rod can break off from the crankshaft from hydrostatic lock - severe engine failure.
