What causes error #42 (see below)

"Fuel pump relay control ckt, Auto shutdown relay control ckt, No ASD relay output voltage at PCM, Fuel level sending unit volts out of range"

and what can I do to fix it? My car really is running bad. The plugs and wirs are new. It seems like it is running on 2 cyls some times but then other times it will work ok. But lately it is running really bad. How can I fix that error #42.

I dont know but test the fuse for the fuel pump and make sure voltage is right. IF not replace the fuse. If not then call a mechanic and ask what that could be. Good luck hope this helps a little.
