Help with my entertianment center

I just got a 2000, how do you turn on the entertianment center.
The dealer removed the VCR to put in a Lojack.
I found a blown fuse, but I can't figure out how to turn on the LCD.
The VCR seems to work and the radio in the rear works.
I get no green light and a black screen

It sounds like you need a new Video Power Module. The VCP was made by Rosen Entertainment but they don't carry the part. You need to contact them :
