its a 95 with 125k 5 speed and you can see the mods at the bottom. Here is the pic. Some of you might remember it from while back, since i wasnt visiting this forum in a long while.

i personally think its the best looking 240 in the area :)

i personally would match and raise him $1000, just because the car is absolutely perfect, and i guarantee you have over > $1500 invested in it, unfortunately i dont have 8k, i wish i did, GOOD LUCK...... btw why are you selling it?

7k!! god damn, more power to you if you can get that man. That's what I paid for mine 3 years ago when it had 80k miles on it.

well i know i wont sell it for what i put into it, but thats what im shooting for, to me its worth more than $7k but i got about $8500+ total with the car and i bought the car for $5,200 i mean if you look at just the big things i put into it like $400 clutch and $350 flywheel that alone, plus labor is like $1200 then the new wheels and new tires and drilled slotted rotors and new 5 lug hubs all around, thats another $1,000-$1,200 and exaust, header, high flow cat, intake... another $1,000 for there is more to the car , and before i was going to sell it i was going to put the 97-98 side skirts and the S14 K's spoiler... so i personally think for $7k its a steal, even tho some people might not think that...

The reason i would be selling is because i might be picking up an MKIV supra in a few months, so we will see how that goes, thats why im not sure yet when and if im going to be selling it

not really a good idea to be jumpin the gun about sellin the S14 like you are. btw, is that Supra in your sig the one your talking about? i forgot what all the MKIV designations stood for.

Yeah, your S14 is one of the nicest I've seen, and MKIV is the 93-98 Supra (like the one in his sig).

the supra in my sig is not the one im buying, but yes the same body style, 93-98 MKIV stand for MK4 not MK"I"V" letters i used to think that a while back :) and the MKIII is the older boxier ones..

Im not really jumping the gun on selling the 240 at this point... even if i get a supra at this point i still wont sell the 240 till some fews or a couple months from now.. it will be hard to let it go so ill still have to think about it and see what my other options are... you never know the supra might die on me or i might even sell the supra depending how it goes for me... since i never driven a supra not even touched one , i dont know what to expect when i DO find one and touch one and drive one haha

till my final decision im only seeing if anyone would be interested at this point so i can let them know when it happens :)

hahah i have less miles then you and i would be jumpin for joy if i could get 10K for my S14. and i have wwaaaaaaaay more mods, and tastefully done exterior mods then you.

7K for your car is alot of dough man. if you can get more, then more power to you.

Yeah thats a sweet ass S14. Mine looks exactly like that with the gunmetal SE wheels and 5 lug conversion, but I dont have the performance mods you do. Hopefully I will though soon. Good luck.

what you guys think if i put the 97-98 kouki side skirts and the K's spoiler and maybe even a greddy front lip?? it wont lower the price of the car would it? cuz im thinking about doing that and selling it for about the same price..

Don't put a spoiler, then if someone doesn't want one he's happy and if someone wants one, he'll get the exact one he wants.

not only that, logik, but why would you spend another few hundred dollars and not try to sell the car for more?? if you're gonna put $600 into the body, up the price by $800, don't settle for less.. i wouldn't add anything else.. its a good start for someone looking to take care of a 240

Ask more then you want, alot more, like 8500, then the guy offers 7500 and you say ok and you get what you want and he thinks he got one hell of a deal.

the only thing that may kick you in the ass is the mileage.. but even then its not excessively high.. you should get no less than 7 g's for it.. but if someone's willing to pay 8.5 then BOOYEAH.. (cheque payable to devin andersen)..

the thing about the miles is that the previous owned (who was the only onwer) was an old guy and kept the car completely stock! and he had all the manuals for it and serviced it every 3k miles at the dealer... the engine has no leaks around the valve cover, and no leaks at the rear end cover, usually thats where you start seeing oil first on a non taken care of car, but th engine is clean, i was surprized when i flew in to LA and the guy picked me up on it on how clean it was haha... then he traded it for a BMW at the dealer and the dealer sold it to me. He didnt seem to know about these cars but he told me he didnt know why so many people called on it when he advertised it... i just said i know why... haha here how about ill take it from you! roooom!!

well yes they are, im looking at spending about $20k wich i dont have laying around lol i would have to get a loan for about $10k or something. and the reason why i dont want to make my S14 as fast as a supra is because i live in CA and i dont want any trouble with the law, and smog regulations and DMV crap and on and on, that swhy i want a stock TT supra, this way i wont have any probs and be fast.

House isnt mine, its my parents i live with them.. the blazer thay bought for me as my first car, eleanor i had to save up and build, so that took some 3-4 years to complete, the S14 i had to borrow and now paif odd my parents for that as well, and MKIV i would have to get a loan, sell S14 pay some off, save up some and pay off, sell eleanor and use 10% of the money i get for Eleanor to pay off the rest of the loan, and use the other 90% on a house payment and other needed things.... and i only work for UPS at the airport... i just save up as much as i can, and i occassionally have 2 part time jobs going here and there...

a decent paying job and good hours is key. i might be getting a job at this full serve esso.. obviously pumping gas, checking oil, cleaning windows.. easy shit though.. especially for $10/hr!!!!

find your closest full serve esso and it may very well be $10/hr
easiest work for that money. especially if you already know what you're doing to start with

I finally found some side skirts on ebay that are black and i dont have to paint them they are off a 97 kouki so i got lucky.. i should be getting them with in a few days and ill put them on and take some pics... Now all i need to find is the front lip, but i dont think i want that Greedy one it sticks out to much, i want the stock SE one... the best deal i could find on those is $180 ... so i might have to get that one unless i find a used one or something.

then ill fix my shifter because its rattling a little, and a power window switch is being a little weird, change the O2 sensor so the engine light will be gone, then change oil, already changed all the brakes, clean the calipers, change spark plugs and put her up on autotrader at around 8k and then go from there.

you'll get close to that. as far as i know its in good condition. good luck

lol its front wheel drive burning out DUH!! no actually i was bored last night and i took a supra picture and made it move like its driving and wanted to goof around and put flames there like it blown an engine or something, and the flames actually turned out good...
