Sounds like the filler hose. I had to replace mine as it had a whole in it. I think there is a free fix from Ford though, so call the dealer, as there was a recall, something about a screw punching through the hose. I noticed mine had a smell of gas after parking, and it was sloshing out when I turned left. t

I had that same problem. The hose leading to my gas tank cracked. I have had to replace it 2 times, same problem. I have 208.000 miles on my 1995. If there was a recall, noone told me about it.

Exactly the problem with the 94 E150 conversion I just bought.
How difficult is this repair ? (shop said at least 2 hours labor...)
Thanks

I had the same problem on my 1994 E150. I just uninstalled the gas filler hose and replaced it with a same diameter and length radiator hose from my local auto parts store. Same process as replacing a radiator hose. Easy fix!
