I have an '88 jeep cherokee cheif 4.0 Litre (Renix) Canada version. I need a diagram of the whole vaccum diagram which controls my emissions and I seem not to be able to find one, I have one of another 4.0 but mine is different, I guess since it's a canada version or a chief, but It would be helpfull if someone know's where to go or if they could email it to me. I'm not sure but I think my Haynes maunal has vacuum diagrams for the canada versions also, you might want to look into that. You can buy onr for 15 bucks or so at any auto parts store.

I think that I could probably use it, my hanes shows a bunched up one without too much detail about which line is what leading where. Email it to me at Jtdragonrave@yahoo.com if you can. Also if you possibly know where the vacuum resevoir is located for the blow vent, I have it pluged straight through since I don't have one, and it goes to defrost when I speed up, forgive my unthinkable bad terms, had a few drinks. Thanks for your help.

I finally got it and took a look at it and if you look at the vacum diagram in picture #2 where the lines seem to all meet below the egr valve, that is what I need to know basically which lines leed to what because there is two vacum lines and 2 lines right above it that I am not sure exactly what leads where. I think I might need some one that can draw me a pic from thier jeep if they got it. so I can tell what those 4 lines that are in like a block go to.

Sorry cant help you there. I have a 91 and it doesnt have the EGR.
