found out the problem with car not turning over. Connection cam unplugged but I still have some problems. When I turn the key to on position I hear a clicking noise (about 20 times) coming from the throttle body and it clicks about 20 times after you turn they key back off. The car will not shift into third gear. The car idles extremely high and bangs pretty good when you put it into gear. Whn I bought the car the lasdy told me that a tranny cable was the problem when she took it into the transmission place. She said this happened when somebody tried to steal the car. Does anybody have any idea what cable that would be. I have replaced the speed sensor, torque pressre switch, shift solenoids when I had it out. The check engine light is on but I will probably have to take it in to dump the codes. I have a spare motor (cracked block) that I can use some parts if needed. Any ideas from this forum would be great. Thanks in advance
