Is it ok to space the pully with washers that bolts to the balancer?
Can this throw it off? Kinda new at the balancer thing.

I need to do this so everything will line up for the belt.

Yes, you can space the pulley.

If it were mine, Id hit the junkyard and buy a pully that fits correctly. Any reasonable yard wont want more than $5 for a pulley.
