2001 Intrepid R/T Wiper Switch?

I think my wiper switch needs replaced. Anytime I have them on delay, they start to wipe and just barely move. I have to up the speed so that it's not on delay anymore so they will work properly. It seems like the delay tends to work more often though when I'm driving a decent speed, and I'm guessing this is due to the speed sensitive wipers function.

Anyhow, I'd like opinions on if this really is the wiper switch, and also where this is located so I can possibly replace it myself if the switch is indeed bad.

Thanks!

this is a fairly common problem with these cars (my LHS does this from time to time as well), and from i hear, its the wiper motor itself, not the switch that is going bad...

generaly this problem develops whenturning wipers on when they are frozen or stuck to glass then wiper park switch in motor gets damaged and motor needs replacing can scan BCM {body control modual} for codes and can also monitor switch inputs for faults
