rear end swap 84 e150

can anyone tell me what rearend i can swap to get some more traction for my one wheel drive wonder. only one wheel traction now and it sucks in snow and mud. regular size van.
on a lighter note anyone ever do a four wheel drive swop on one of these thats something i could be interested in.
