lack of power 2002 buick lasabre

My 2002 Buick LaSabra engine seems to "strain" when starting from a dead stop. A feel that soomthing is slipping or possibly not enough fuel to some cylinders. Runs alright when 30 mph is reached.

Also when parked 2 or 3 days at the airport the batterery is too dead to even open the door.
