What Size Allen Bolts on 3.2L V6 Valve Covers?

I'm changing the valve cover gaskets on my 1997, 3.2L V6. I don't have the correct size allen wrench for the allen bolts on the valve covers. Before I go out to buy a set, would someone tell me the precise size allen I need? Thanks!
