Where is the DLC on 1989 Lesabre

I’m looking for the DLC (data link connector) on my 1989 Buick Lesabre Custom. On most cars I’ve worked on it’s visible when looking under the dash. It must be behind a panel somewhere. Any help would be great, thanks.

Under dash, directly under radio/ash tray.
