Replacing a few body panels on old car that has Delstar Acrylic Enamel paint job. Current plan is to sand entire car with 220, prime/seal with PPG DP, bondo indents, etc., prime with PPG DP, wet sand with 400 then repaint with Delstar Acrylic Enamel. Is this the proper sequence? Can Acrylic Enamel be wet sanded, if runs occur, then buffed out? Should I use clear coat over enamel? Obviiously I need all the professional help I can get. Replies appreciated. thanks, Harold :banghead:
