At the local auto store this weekend, I hear two guys talking about clenaing out their MAF with some electronic cleaner to help the acceleration and possible hesitation problem.

I ended buying a can of the electronic spray cleaner and was going to speak with one of the guys, but I went to look for some other items and by checkout time, both had left the store. I should have looked at the service manual (Haynes or Chilton), but pressed for time.

I searched the archives on this site, but I didn't find it or I should say it carried me to the other forums.
