If your gettin rid of your factory radio don't hook up the aftermarket radio accesory wire to theswitched accesory unless it tests to have power and not pulsed power. The newer Gm radios use a pulsed radio turn on lead and after market use constant acc turn on. If it has this just run a wire to the brown wire in the ignition harness or jump it off a switched acc fuse. Also if you got a harness for it already it should just be plug and play, except for the acc wire.

thanks. if you could write out what where the go in the factory harness. there are two rows and 12 spots per row...that would be super helpful!

all it will do is tell me what they do, ot where they go in the connector. so the wires are ripped out of the connector? if so you best bet could probably be o head to a junk yard and take some photos of a harness in a junk car.

yeah i checked all the ones near me and all they had was cavaliers with the harness already gone. do you think a GM dealer would just show me where they go, i have like 2 wires removed.
