Rough running S-10 4.3 4x4

My truck originally popped up a code 45. I replaced the O2 because the wire got burned up on the exhaust thinking that was th problem. After I replaced the O2 I still had a code 45 and the truck still had a rough idle and it seemed like it had a miss also. So I changed the plugs (they were not fouled at all because the ode 45 said rich exhaust and i figured plugs maybe were fouled. Still same problem after I did the plugs. So then I changed the TPS sensor, cap and rotor, and the top of the TBI (injectors and pressure regulator). Still same problem.. It idles rough at idle in Park and even worse when I put it in gear. At lights I need to put it in nuetral sometimes or it will stall. While driving if I give it part throttle is will bog down and miss but if I floor it it goes with no problem after a second or two. When I take off from a light it will hesitate for a second then take off. I have applied vacuum to the EGR and it stalls the engine so I'm guess that is OK. Checked for vacuum leaks and have found none. Plug wires are practically new. Now I just read a forum that mentioned a temp sensor. When I bought this truck the temp sensor was unhooked and one of the aftermarket ones was installed. Now if this is unhooked wont it make the engine think that it is always cold and no want to run right? The site said the comp will tell the fuel system to dump more fuel even though it isnt needed and it will cause the truck to run rich and stall. Any help will be greatly appreciated at this point..Truck is a 88 S-10 4x4 4.3l Automatic..

You have to clear the computer.

Pull the negative battery cable for 10 minutes.

clean your IAC and the poryt it inserts into.

Clean your EGR valve.

Set ther timing by pulling the beige and brown timing wire from the PCM under the glove box. Time the engine with a timing gun then reattach the wire.

It should, and remember, tune it up completely.
