I'm trying to get a translation into english of the following code on my GF's '97 Neon...P0703 is the fault code and it says its a "torque converter/brake switch "B" circuit." Now if my memory serves me correctly, these are two totally seperate systems so why would they have the same code?

Aside from resetting the ODB, how do I fix this circuit? And where is it located?
