It never hurts to try ...
JekylandHyde 01-27-2005, 09:19 AM We all know how hard it is to find sponsorhsip. I am extremely grateful for the sponsors I currently have, but it never hurts to try and find another one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5553423188 bad360rt 01-28-2005, 09:39 AM That's a pretty good idea. How much are you hoping to get? JekylandHyde 01-28-2005, 09:50 AM I am not looking to get any specific amount. I Am curious to see where it goes. There is a number of people watching that auction and it has one bid already with a bunch of days left. So I am pleased. **side note ~ a guy last week offered his FOREHEAD on eBay as advertising space for ONE month and he got $37,700.00 .... for having a company name on his forehead for a MONTH. This is the company: http://www.snorestop.com (you can see the guys forehead on there) bad360rt 01-28-2005, 01:28 PM That's pretty wild, I hadn't heard about it. Best of luck with the auction! JekylandHyde 01-28-2005, 01:46 PM Thanks :) .... I would appreciate everyone passing the link to the auction around to anyone and everyone. You never know who will find it worthwhile! clawhammer 01-28-2005, 02:36 PM **side note ~ a guy last week offered his FOREHEAD on eBay as advertising space for ONE month and he got $37,700.00 .... for having a company name on his forehead for a MONTH. This is the company: http://www.snorestop.com (you can see the guys forehead on there) I would do that for a month. Seriously, I would. Even for $1000, I would do it. It's not permanent, so why not. I'm desparate for money. JekylandHyde 01-28-2005, 02:41 PM I would do the forehead thing as well ... ever since that guys story broke, there are a bunch of people putting their foreheads on ebay. It pays to be the FIRST one to do it :) clawhammer 01-28-2005, 02:43 PM Yeah, I just checked, and there are basically no bids for them anymore. dampachi 01-31-2005, 11:25 PM I'm pretty tempted to bid on your space, Jeff. Haha. JekylandHyde 02-01-2005, 05:54 AM Please do! :) I've spoken with all of the bidders except for the current bidder at $405. They have only negative feedbacks in the last 6 months. *sigh* Everyone else seems very sincere and has expressed what they are interested in putting on the car and I am fine with their choices. I guess we'llsee what happens. If you bid, what would you want to put on there? dampachi 02-02-2005, 12:33 PM "I shoulda got a mustang" :p Just kidding. I have no idea what I'd want to put on there which is probably why I haven't bidded. JekylandHyde 02-02-2005, 12:53 PM THAT is funny! ... I dare you :p AutomotiveHelper.com, Copyright ©2013
