I got a 99 neon (thats mine in the pic) Im going to lower it soon I need to know how far to drop it. I plan on getting a body kit later. I was thinking 2 inchs I dont want to tear up my body kit. my springs will go 0-4 inchs

Lowering a neon isn't a good idea. The most you CAN lower it without having any suspesion problems is .75 to and inch, especially if you want to get a body kit.
