i got a 99 DOHC neon and whenever i start it around now and its about 30 or below sometimes it either wont start unless i crank on it for about 2 minutes and then when it does actually start it runs extremly rough. I'm know cars have problems with freezing temperatures but is there anything else that could possibly be wrong or something that i can do to help that out other than buying and installing a damn block heater?
