Hey there Celica community, my name is Tuan Duke and I am a rep from SSAUTOCHROME.COM. I am setting this thread topic to find out how many people would like me to setup a gb for header for the 2.2L 5FSE celica. We are also in the process of producing header for the 1.6L and 1.8L celica also, so if you 1.6 and 1.8 owners are interested then please reply to this thread or email me. I need at least 30 buyers in order for me to set up this gb. If you are interested then leave a feedback in this thread and I'll keep track of it. Feel free to email if you have any questions. Here is the pix. I don't have actual dyno number. I've sold a lot to mr2 owners and they all like the power and sound of it.

question...what is the price without the group buy...also with my 5sfe motor my catalitic converter is right off of the exhaust manifold (header) is this a direct bolt on or is a test pipe need to make fit

also wanted to add...#1 is that a 5sfe in an mr2? if so wouldnt the header design be diffrent. #2 are the 5sfe headers prone to craking due to heat like the SR20det headers your company makes...(poor quality?)

This header is made for the celica 5fse. The price as of right now is $300 through the gb. I have already sold about 25 pairs of this header to mr2 owners and 2 cracked of mistakes in installation. The header for the mr2 and celica is the same but the b-pipe is different. it will eliminate the cat from your stock header flange.

so you either need to buy a aftermarket cat to bolt on..or get a cat delete pipe...how did those 2 headers get put on wrong?

Somehow they force the header to fit with their custome exhaust and they applied too much pressure on the header. We took care of them with a replacement.

2 questions....would the people that have to buy have to weld on a new exhasut or is there a bolt on flange that is already incorperated? i.e. is this a direct bolt on, no fabrication required or not?

You will have to weld on the b-pipe to your exhaust set up. In terms of the header itself, it's a direct bolt on.
