95 blazer check engine light

Code reader at my local garage indicated no problem. Installed new thermostat. Corrected problem.Temperature should read around 210 degrees. It may not have anything to do with the temp problem, but there is a code. This one is probably a P0117. As far as the temp problem, if the code is indeed a P0117 the problem is more likely a bad sending unit or wire connection. If the code is unrelated it could be a number of things, it could be the thermostat, sending unit, gauge, or the wire that connects them.
