im wondering if ive use the wrong part or if others have had to trim extra off their shells...

I jave just built my tamiya 1:10 scale 2003 subaru (electric)

when i put the shell on the back wheel arches seem to be slightly too far back from the wheel (towards rear of car)

shudl i just trim a bit more off?
